Wound Care Today Conference

The Challenge

To promote the annual Wound Care Today conference, boasting hands-on skill building, world-renowned speakers and the latest industry innovations.

For 2023, we wanted a new, refreshing marketing approach and visual brand to re-engage previous attendees and inspire new registrations for the 6th conference.

As well as managing all pre-event marketing, Mole were also on-site at the conference to manage social media coverage, film skill zones, other important educational sessions and delegate interviews. Each day, we produced and edited on-site a highlights video to share with delegates and exhibitors.

The Solution

We created a new vision and visual style to coincide with the 2023 theme, ‘Health inclusion: reducing wound-associated health inequalities’. Whilst staying true to the branding of WCT, our design team created a fresh and modern styling for 2023’s conference creatives, to mirror how the conference develops and refreshes with new audience demographics and developments from industry and research, as well as standing apart from competitors and other design in the medical field.

Marketing took a segmented, cross-platform approach, using personalised and targeted emails, social media advertising, PPC and a full conference website.
