‘HUB AND SPOKE’ EVENT STREAMING
The Challenge
Our client was organising a hub-and-spoke event for a pharmaceutical client and needed a partner to manage the AV and streaming.
The event would take place with the main ‘hub’ in London and ‘spokes’ in Birmingham and Manchester. The client required a full stage set and AV, and three-way streaming to allow the spokes to participate in the hub event.
The Solution
Mole provided a tightly-managed streaming set up which broadcast the full event onto big screens in all three venues. Care was taken to allow the hubs to participate via a return video link, all managed and vision-mixed by our expert team. Mole also managed the provision of the set, screens and AV set up in all three venues.
