We’re unbelievably proud to share that Mole has been listed in the 2026 Sunday Times Best Places to Work.

Awards for our work always mean a lot to us, but this one is particularly special.

At Mole we’re working hard to build a business where people can do brilliant work, feel developed and inspired, and also feel genuinely trusted, supported and cared for. That kind of culture is built slowly, in hundreds of small everyday moments, by every one of the Mole team – so this recognition really belongs to them. The award was based on a survey of our team, as well as a detailed description of our culture, focusing on the way we support quality of life, wellbeing and career development, through initiatives such as our 4.5-day week, generous support packages, internal training schemes and culture of recognition.

The Sunday Times list is a long-established, highly respected award, and allows us to join a selection of companies from across the UK who care deeply about their teams. There’s so much more we want to do – but it’s wonderful to know that it is possible to do exceptional work AND create an exceptional workplace.
